KGV International Property Consultants started in 1974 as a Dutch-Malaysian professional real estate firm under the Kok Group Valuers (KGV) name. We became fully Malaysian-owned in 1982 and the firm has enjoyed steady growth with a sound reputation through the 80s to the present date.
In response to the increasing trend towards globalisation in the property industry, KGV in 1993 linked-up with Lambert Smith Hampton, a leading real estate consultancy based in London. In 2011, we became the first firm in Malaysia to receive the "Regulated by RICS" certification. RICS is an international professional body headquartered in United Kingdom that represents, regulates and promotes the work of property professionals throughout 146 countries. With this RICS certification, we restyled ourselves as KGV International Property Consultants.
We are a full-service practice with focused perception of our valued clients' ever-changing needs, consistently tailoring our services to meet their high expectations.

All valuations are undertaken by our valuers who are professionally qualified and registered with the Board of Valuers, Malaysia. Our valuation reports are fully accepted by all Government authorities in the country such as the Securities Commission.
